There may also be additional costs for the buyer, such as fees for mortgage advice, buying agent services, a structural survey of the property, NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee Scheme) application, bank guarantee, property valuation etc. <\/p>\n<p>Make sure you have a good overview of all the additional costs in your situation as these can often amount to several thousand euros. These additional costs can no longer be financed as part of the mortgage. This means you\u2019ll need to pay them out of your own money.
